How we research and correct these pages

What these pages are

Independent informational profiles of real estate investing creators, communities, podcasts and coaching programs, published by REI Boss. None of the people or organizations profiled are affiliated with REI Boss, and none have reviewed or endorsed these pages or REI Boss.

Where the facts come from

Every audience count, price, episode count and business fact is taken from a dated public source, linked next to the fact. Counts come from third-party trackers and podcast directories, not from the platforms directly, and can differ from live numbers. Where sources conflict, we show both.

Self-reported and third-party figures

Claims made by a person or company about themselves are labeled as their own claims. Prices are third-party reported unless the program publishes them, and should be confirmed with the program.

What we do not publish

We do not publish allegations from forums, anonymous posts or sites without primary citations. Legal or regulatory items appear only when reported by courts, regulators or major press, with their status exactly as reported. We do not publish personal details, net worth estimates or family information.

The REI Boss sections

Each page ends with a clearly labeled section written by REI Boss about running an investing business. It is our own perspective and is kept separate from the profile.

Updates and corrections

Profiles are re-verified on a fixed schedule and show a last-verified date. Anyone profiled, or their representative, can request a correction or removal.
